SecureZone360 automatically recoginizes when recipients don't have zone access to attachments and will give you the option to send secure links in their place. Your recipients and only your recipients can use these links to download your documents to their computer.

For recurring workflows where you need to deliver and receive documents lots of documents on an on going basis, SecureZone360 zones come with their own web portal that mirrors its file system. To deliver a document, drop it in a zone folder. To receive one, your user uploads it securely to a portal folder and it instantly appears in the corresponding zone folder on your desktop.

With SecureZone360s unique folder structures, information stays organized no matter how many people are collaborating or how many documents are being exchanged. Structures define rules for how information is organized and are defined by simply dragging and dropping elements in the zone's designer.

Setting information policy in the zone is made simple. Folders Templates define types of folders that carry with them different policy choices. When folders are created from these templates, like an "Internal Only Folder" all the necessary policies are set automatically. Zones come with a complete set of folder types but if need be you can always create your own.

When the need arises to isolate one set of information from another, as may be dictated by governament regulation or corporate policy, a mulit-zone design can provide the answer. Information can be restricted from moving from one zone to another or require approval.

Sharing a folder with anyone inside or outside the organization is as easy as right-clicking on a folder. If they are not currently a zone user, an email invitation is automatically sent to get them going.

People can be entitled to individual zone documents just by emailing. SecureZone360 will recognize when recipients are not yet entitled to the attachments and give the sender the chance to entitle them right from their email software.

When information must leave the zone or move between zones, users can be required to get approval. Request to remove information by right clicking on the documents in the file system. Choose from a list of approvers and the approval workflow is automatically initiated.
