Secure Collaborative Portal The SecureZone web-based portal enables secure anytime, anywhere access to shared applications and documents while preserving complete content protection. With a completely customizable look and feel to match your firm’s branding, the SecureZone Collaborative Portal exposes a complete library of services to integrate with any existing portal. Secure Email When exchanging sensitive documents with external parties concerns include email misdirection (sending the wrong document to the wrong person) and the secure delivery of confidential information. Building upon the Misdirected Email Guardian functionality in SecureZone, attachments can be converted to links that direct recipients to the Secure Collaborative Portal to retrieve their content. These document links can, based on policy, be opened virtually or downloaded securely without the need for document level passwords. At the heart of SecureZone Secure Collaboration is a Virtualized File System. Other network file systems are limited by the firm’s boundaries, often difficult to entitle and provide little or no protection once documents are opened.
