With a seamless plug-in to Microsoft Outlook and other email clients, users can attach SecureZone virtualized documents from within the centralized repository using standard methods.  Whether using the “Send-To” option, attaching the document through the standard “insert attachment” feature or dragging and dropping the document into an email message, SecureZone guarantees that the attached documents are sent by only those who have the right to send and sent to those that have the right to receive.

Recipients checked to prevent accidental or malicious intent

When an end-user presses the “Send” button, SecureZone insures that mistakes in the recipient list, whether intentional or accidental, are caught before they are made.  If an address is unrecognized or not defined on the policy from where the document originated, the email never leaves the client’s machine. The end user is given the opportunity to correct all flagged inconsistencies and re-send the message.  The simple, intuitive interface allows users to quickly review, correct and remove offending addresses and even authorize a recipient “on-the-fly” if given the proper privilege.
